The survey will consist of paint testing for hazardous content, adhesion and dry film thickness testing.
A visual assessment in accordance with ISO4628 series will also be carried out to identify coating defects and corrosion levels.

Work will commence in October and will require multi skilled delivery inc Rope Access, Confined Space & Drone 3D mapping and of course lead paint certification verifications. This is one of the largest civil asset surveys that will be conducted in 2016

Paint Inspection Ltd are pleased to of been award the Coating Inspection and Testing to the Thames Barrier as part of Team 2100.
The works involved Inspection and Testing to the Gates using Rope Access techniques for the Externals and Confined Space working for the Internals.
The works will be ongoing year on year during seasonal periods.

Paint Inspection Ltd are pleased to announce the award of Conwy Bridge in the lovely location of Conwy North Wales which is just south Llandudno.
The contract has been awarded by Conwy County Borough Council which runs from early June to the end of July.
The works will be fully inspected in accordance with Highways BD87/05.

Project: Crook O’Lune

Paint Inspection Ltd are pleased to announce that the Crook O’Lune bridge refurbishment project has received a Restoration award by NRHA. Paint Inspection was employed by Lancashire CC to undertake quality control (Inspection and testing) of the surface preparation and coating application.
Client: Stockton Council
Paint Inspection Ltd have been awarded the coating inspection works by Stockton Council for the Tees Newport bridge located in Middlesborough.
The works will be programme over 18weeks starting 4th August with Paint Inspection providing two qualified ICorr/NACE level 2 inspectors on a full time basis.
The majority of the works will be by rope access techniques so our selected team hold IRATA qualification.
Paint Inspection Ltd are proud to be involved in the Strengthening and Repainting of the Drypool Hull Lifting bridge, working with Hull City Council.
The project is due to start in April with Paint Inspection Ltd providing the Inspection and Testing of the fabrication of the steel repairs along with inspection and testing of the repainting programme on and offsite.
Paint Inspection Ltd awarded the Grade II listed Crook O’Lune bridge to provided full time Coating Inspection. We were awarded this contract back in May with the project starting at the end of July, whilst it is a short programme with completion by October this Grade II listed structure requires experience all round to bring the project within programme and to specification. Paint Inspection Ltd have built up a good working relationship with LCC on the Crook O’Lune and have further picked up other structures with repainting maintenance programmes for Lancashire. We look forward to continuing a working partnership to protect the Councils assets.
